Encourage folks to get on board. Stop planning based on ifs or whens. Plan every day, every staff event, every opportunity to demonstrate the technologies that are here and their practical applications. Keep up - get out in front of the curve, and let your staff and students see the benefits of applying the technologies that are already here and the ones that are still on the horizon.
