"She is my little girl and she is not ready to die yet," said Mrs Hartland, 42. "She is fighting hard. When Amber decides she does not want to fight any more, then that will be different."
"We believe it is about money," said Mrs Hartland. "But my father, my husband's mother and father, they have all paid their taxes and have never used the health service. Everyone is entitled to the health service.
"They tell us they do not know what is going to happen with Amber. How can they say she is nearing the end of her life when all of her organs are normal? No part of Amber's body is breaking down."
