Jenna DiCarloFull unit of instructional information to teach copyright and fair use laws to high school students. The site is very thorough and includes lessons, activities, and quizzes. One of the activities is trial simulation which I'm confident students would enjoy.

Steve HoffmanA website put together by a group called the Electronic Frontier Foundation - it has a bunch of great resources - lessons, "quizzes", etc. in regard to teaching copyright law to students. I'll have to look through it a little more closely and find some things to use with my students this year!

Samantha KronstadtThis site provides a unit plan for teaching students about copyright and fair use in a variety of ways. It is important for digital natives to understand their legal rights and responsibilities and how the law affects creativity and innovation. The unit ends with a mock trial to test that understanding.

Katie MillerThis is a great site for both teachers and students to use! In this website, teachers can find a unit for teaching copyright laws. There are lesson plans, hand outs, activities and articles. I would use this at the beginning of the year with my class before starting any projects. Then, I would pull some lessons throughout the year to continue to remind students of the importance of copyright.
