So if a child or teacher has a favorite book, it is easy to simply type in the title and find that video again easily. Each book includes an activity guide that goes along with the book that was read in the video. There is also an option to get the Storyonline app for your phone so you can read on the go to your child, or if your class is on a bus ride or sitting out on the field during a fire drill and needs something to do that will keep them quiet and engaged.

erobert4This website is kid-friendly and geared towards 2nd-4th graders. There are many books to choose from and each book is read by an actor/actress. One thing I like about this website it that as the story is being read, there are subtitles for students to follow along with. I think it will help ELL students to hear the words as they are reading them. I would have students use this site during silent reading time, or during a center. Eventually I would like students to be able to orally retell a partner what the story was about.
