In the classroom, I often find myself searching for ways to connect all of our songs to the students life in some way, giving them the meanings of the songs, etc. By using this website, teachers can look up the meanings of their songs and tell the students exactly why this piece was written, what it's about, etc. Furthermore, this can also be used as a source in the classroom to incorporate music technology into the class by having the students use this website for homework or an online activity. Student can search for the meanings of each song on this website. This website meets National Standards 8 and 9
