Take notes.
When “note” is the first word, reQall will put the item on your notes list. reQall doesn’t look for dates in notes. For example, “Note: Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon on July 21, 1969” doesn’t get a due date for 1969.
Meet me.
reQall recognizes “meet” or “meeting” at the beginning of an item. If you say “Meet John on Friday to discuss his bonus”, reQall will put this meeting on your list for Friday. If you don’t say a date, reQall will assume the meeting is today.
Todo Everything else is a "to-do".
reQall assumes that anything that isn’t a note, meeting, shared item, or shopping item is something that you need to do. Those items get put into My To-Dos with a checkbox waiting for you to mark it done.
Here’s a handy chart for what you can say:
Where it is in the item Where reQall puts the item
Dates/Times Anywhere On date/time you said
“Buy” Anywhere My Shopping List
“Ask”, “Tell”, “Remind” First word Shared reminders
“Note” First word My Notes
“Meet”, “Meeting” First word My To-dos
