Add a Blogger site? I guess that's good if your friends want to come visit you but the found of this aggregators is to give your friends one place to find information about you, but doesn't require them to go to different places. If you are trying to follow 5-10 people I don't want to need to read 10 blogs to get everything, I want it all digested into one nice little package like the Facebook friend feed (barring zombies eating my face off)
MyBlogLog will be experimenting with different ping rates to refresh data from the other services and it isn't intended for minute-by-minute scanning, but for most people updates of their friends' activities every few hours will be more than sufficient.
