      Here's the deal: When we choose to make comments public, we have to understand the new implications. What we put into the public arena has always been an issue, but now that people can easily track you, we have a new level of importance put on everything we say. Are we teaching kids this in schools?

      1984 comes to mind when I read this. We are going to have to figure out a line, but the reality is this: your attitude really does matter. If you hate your job and talk about hating your job to everyone, then why would you be surprised to find out that your boss doesn't want you around?
