Anonymous Call Rejection Priority Call will override Anonymous Call Rejection
If a blocked number is on a Priority Call List, the call will appear on a Caller ID unit as "private" or "anonymous" if the end-user with the Priority Call List has Anonymous Call Rejection turned on. -
Custom Ringing Service Compatible
Priority Call has the same ringing pattern as ringing pattern C (short, long, short), with Custom Ringing Service. When an end-user has ringing pattern C with Custom Ringing Service, the end-user will not be able to determine if the caller has dialed the Custom Ringing Service number, or is a Priority Caller. -
Hunting Series Hunting
Compatible with any line of a Series Hunting arrangement.If the Priority Call end-user's line is equipped with Series Hunting, incoming calls from a telephone number on their Priority Call List which encounter a busy condition will "hunt to" the next line of the hunting group.
The location the calls "hunt to" will not receive a distinctive ring. -
Multi-line Hunting
Priority Call is compatible only with the first TER of a Multi-line Hunting group.
If the Priority Call end-user's line is equipped with Multi-line Hunting, incoming calls from a telephone number on their Priority Call List which encounter a busy condition will "hunt to" the next TER of the Multi-line Hunting group.
The location the calls "hunt to" will not receive a distinctive ring. -
Long Distance Alert
Compatible
Long Distance Alert and Priority Call have the same distinctive ring (short, long, short), so end-users will not be able to tell if the call is Long Distance Alert or Priority Call.
