Brad FlickingerAn online photo editor that does everything you could possibly need to do to a photo, you just upload it, edit it and then download -- this is what netbooks were made for.
-
Jenny Corcorant is a free website that allows you to edit your photos and add fun effects to them. I was thinking it might be a fun thing to add to your photo stories since you can change skin color and focus effects (for different characters in the stories! green monsters... red eyes... eek!)

Tim Lauer recently pointed to Picnik
and after just a few seconds of playing around I already love it from
every angle. It’s free online photo editing, it does more than iPhoto
(which is one of the few things I haven’t liked about my MacBook), it
integrates with Flickr
in a snap, and it’s got a healthy dose of Web as app wackiness about
it. (Just read the phrases that come up as you create and account and
upload photos.)
It's the easiest way on the Web to fix underexposed photos, remove
red-eye, or apply effects to your photos.
