  "Anyone can study on PEOI at no charge... There are now 448 courses under construction. But only 24 courses are completed... PEOI awards Course Completion Certificates to registered and enrolled students with average of 70/100 or better in tests, submitted assignments and class discussions, all of which at no charge. Do register. It's free.
  As of today, 2011-11-07, there are 8185 students from 198 countries registered and enrolled at PEOI... On-line course content to upgrade the skills of aspiring professionals, serving businesses that employ them, universities that award degrees, and faculty that offer instruction.
