        单词“CAT”翻译成中文是“计算机辅助翻译”，是为了提高翻译的效率和质量开发的辅助翻译软件。主要运用翻译记忆库、术语库和模糊匹配等技术，保证翻译的速度和一致性。
        本地化行业使用的主要“CAT”软件是  Trados，国内比较知名的包含“雅信CAT”等。
