  This website contains Internet safety pledges. Their are three versions of the safety pledge available; one for primary school, one for middle school and one for high school. I was most interested in the pledge for high school, because the majority of the Internet safety material available seems geared to younger students. You can also download a pdf version the middle and high school safety pledge with a spot for student and parent signatures. An example of a statement on the pledge is, "I pledge not to post anything offensive, rude, or threatening."
