k_powersI will create a graphic organizer using Webspiration for students who need this accommodation. I will also use Webspiration to create the checklist that every student will get.

vrg85012Graphic Organizer: If accessible on your computer, webspiration is the best graphic organizer. It is extremely easy to use, yet very complex in what it offers. I like how students can use this tool to create their own study guides or projects. Using it in the classroom is accessible and beneficial

Paige FerryGraphic Organizers:
Graphic organizers, also known as maps, concept maps, story maps or cognitive organizers. The graphic organizer that I picked is called Webspiration. Webspiration can be used to create graphic organizers, brain storming and planning for projects, and facilitates student-teacher interactions. -

marieaudehWhen learning about new topics, it is important for students to organize their thoughts. Using graphic organizer helps students organize knowledge, and facilitates retrieving information from working memory. Webspiration is also a fun way to organize a project. Finally, Webspiration can help students develop critical thinking and connect knowledge across departments.

krr64879I really enjoyed using Webspiration because it is a free version of Inspiration. It is easy to use and has a lot of features to use. I am an English major so I would use this for my students to brainstorm ideas. I really like this mindmapping tool.

kthornhiThis mindmapping tool is very text heavy but I like the simplicity. I would use this to help students organize their thinking.

Jen HollenbeckShared by Jen Hollenbeck: This site is a great way for students to collaborate. The site is a very visual one, giving students that are visual learners a framework to brainstorm ideas, gather and organize information, build comprehension, and develop written essays, papers and reports. This tool is great for the educator and student. it includes lesson plan ideas and study tips, and collaboration. Many districts offer clock hour classes for webspiration!
