MTV networks conducted interviews with 5200 interviews with 8-15 year olds and 16-34 year olds in 14 different countries, about aspects of wellbeing. Culturally the researchers found the hopes and beliefs of young people more diverse than their material living conditions and interests. Just one of the interesting results was that children in developing countries said they were more optimistic and happy than those in developed countries.
