In this article, the follow-up to “Scenario Planning and the Future of Education,” which appeared in Innovate’s June/July 2008 issue, Daniel W. Rasmus describes what education looks like in the four scenarios that emerged from this process. Rasmus suggests that educators and policy makers can use these scenarios and the accompanying narratives to consider how large and small choices work toward or against a particular future.
