The new IP Office 500 Communications Server, aimed at businesses with 10-30 users starts at a price which Avaya says is 25 percent lower than the entry level price of its current hardware.
Avaya has introduced Release 4.0 of its SMB IP telephony software Avaya IP Office, a five year-old product installed in 90,000 businesses worldwide and in 4000 in Australian and New Zealand.
Avaya has introduced new IP telephony hardware and software that it says wil enable it to address SMBs with as few as two employees, in contrast to its current SMB offerings which are aimed at the 301-100 employee market.
