Researchers at Russian anti-virus software vendor Kaspersky say they have identified three gangs that are attacking broadband-connected PCs compromised by one gang, removing their ‘Trojan horse’ software – malicious applications sent by e-mail masquerading as something benign – and replacing it with their own.
