It’s horrible, fantastically terrible. I mean… imagine one party shutting the other out of government. Just imagine. The thought is mind boggling. I mean, what if we’d had such a situation for, say, the previous six years? Think of the devastation. What a mess that would have caused? Why, we’d probably have gone to war over faulty intelligence because no one felt like verifying the party line. And God knows what else. We’d probably have laws legalizing torture and gutting the Constitution. My… my… what sad clowns we’d all be.
