ahenry2This website has multiple games that students could play dealing with grammar as well as other subjects. I would use this website in my future classroom when my students were at different centers I would have some of them play games in specific areas they needed help in, for Ell students this area would most likely be grammar or spelling.

Anita SmithThis is not only a fun game about the parts of speech but it also gives a definition of the parts of speech. It covers, nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, adverbs, interjections, prepositions, and conjunctions. It also gives an example of each after the definition.

scharinger1This game has two levels (beginner and advanced) that are designed to help students find the specific parts of speech, like nouns, verbs, conjunctions, etc. I wish there was a way that the sentences could be read aloud, but the game is still useful to help ELL students learn parts of speech to begin learning sentence structure.

Kaitlynn GrubeThis game helps reinforce the parts of speech. This will be helpful for ELL students who need assistance in transitioning from L1 to English.

Emily CheshierThis site is great because it provides games to help students learn the parts of speech by pretending gorillas need help. There are two levels that you can play the game on. This site contains multiple different kinds of games about differing subjects, so it could be a great source for students in other subjects as well. The site is current (2013), reliable (Pearson Publishing),
