I haven't written a novel yet. However, once I do, I will surely be using this website... I wonder if I will have to cite it. Anyways, I have tried to start writing non-academic works before. One thing I always struggle with is the portrayal of characters. I think a lot of writers have trouble with this. I'm sure there are other websites such as this which help writers with creating a plot. However, I don't usually have trouble with plot, as I said before, characters are the demise of my authorship. This chart seems a little lengthy. I think though, once it's filled out it will really help. While the idea of a character's religion may never come up in one's plot, it's a great thing to have as a back up in case your character has to be a part of some dialgoue where his/her actions because of religion could come into play. Having things like this down somewhere for back up, is probably really smart. I am getting excited to write a novel, or at least, some sort of piece with a character!
