"I use the teacher's goals and the teacher's personality to tailor the assistance we give and the devices and programs we integrate. To do all this, the TIS needs to be reflective in their own practice and ask themselves certain questions at the beginning of the year before the integration planning can even begin. We have to know where we are going, or it doesn't matter which way we go."
