被称作重庆最牛的钉子户的危房终于被拆除了。4月2日下午4时30分杨武、吴苹夫妇撤离“孤岛”并将旧房交付开发商，开发商已向区法院提出撤诉。经区法院裁定，强制拆迁程序已经被终止。至此重庆“最牛钉子户”事件已获顺利解决。周一22时39分，“最牛钉子户”建筑物轰然倒塌。
