cierra77I decided that I mostly wanted to focus on my happiness and stress levels. I tend to overwork myself and never take moments to just breathe. There is not much to explain about this website. A timer pops up, and you are supposed to be in the moment for two minutes. If you even move your mouse on your computer, the timer restarts. Giving yourself a couple of minutes a day to do nothing and focus on yourself can decrease stress levels. I plan on using this website every day when I start to feel tense and stressed, and need a moment to breathe.
