  applications. There is also a commercial knockoff of Jarnal called PDF
  Annotator - for $50 you can enjoy a subset of the capabilities that
  Jarnal provides for free.

  Open source answer to Windows Journal. Need to try this out on my Tablet PC. Windows Journal is convenient, but has a large memory footprint and really just isn't a very flexible application. Looking forward to trying this out!
