    To customize your preferred search engines in Diigo's "MULTIPLE  CATEGORY SEARCH", click "CUSTOMIZE" link in either  the Multiple Category Search pull-down menu, or in the toolbar Options:

    The "Search Menu Customization"  page will show up:
      
     
     Edit, drag and drop the search categories and engines until you're satisfied with the result.  When you're done, make sure to click "SAVE ALL", so all the changes you  made will actually be saved.

     

    Tips:

     
     
    • Click  a search category to list the search engines for that category. 
     
    • Drag up and down search categories and engines to reorder, with the   topmost in a list being the default.
     
    • To add categories or engines, select from the preset list, or add custom   ones.
     
    • Edit or delete search categories and engines by clicking the icons..
     
    • When editing a (preset) category, checking  the option "Shown on   toolbar" will move the search button for that category from the   pull-down menu to the toolbar. So put the most frequently used search   categories right on the toolbar for one-click access, and leave the less   frequently used categories in the pull-down menu.
             

      Select category, and click "Edit" icon

      Once expanded, check off "Icon" box

       

      Reference Search Icon will then be shown on your toolbar:
