this only being able to be altered via a review process where the individual faxes the degree/certificate to the central authority/server maintenance organisation and the authority verifies the degree/certificate with whomever granted it to the individual – and could eventually be integrated with universities and technical institutes, so that upon granting a degree to an individual their identity within the reputation management system would be updated with the corresponding credentials
