http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaHS-y_mapQ The fraps watermark and low frames brought down the quality of the video, there's a command called "capture_frames" that, at the cost of no sound and some rendering, will record at whatever quality at however smooth you want it, providing you use fixed_time_step (0.033333 for 30fps)
Another thing was the HUD, r_displayinfo 0 and cl_hud 0 would've made it look much much neater.
