Background
CITIC Capital Markets Holdings Limited ("CCMH", the "Group") was incorporated on 4 February 2002. Followed by a change of the shareholding structure in April 2004, CITIC Pacific Limited and CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited, the holding company of CITIC Ka Wah Bank, each holds 50% of the company respectively.
