在excel里打开，还是乱码，心想怎样可以转成GB18030呢。突然想到了微软的Internet Explorer。点击'File'->'Web Preview'，来到了IE里，文件显示还是乱码。点击右键，选择'Encoding'->'More'->'Chinese Simplified GB18
