amyauldThis is a website that provides various learning styles assessments. Students can go on this site for free and answer questionnaires about how they like to learn or how they learn best. They then give the student their learning style or styles. I have used this with students to find out what their learning styles are at the start of school. When the kids know, they are able to request how they need to learn across all content. It is applicable to any content or learning experience.

International School of Central SwitzerlandOriginal LS resources for use in the classes. Scroll down in menu bar on the left. The Learning Styles tests, Analytical/Global Thinker Test, and the Multiple Intelligences Assessment avaliable on this site are intended to help you come to a better understanding of yourself as a learner by highlighting the ways you prefer to learn or process information.
It is hoped that by doing so you be able to develop strategies which will enhance your learning potential.
The tests/assessments I have designed have no time limits. Just try to answer each question as honestly as you can.
In addition to the tests/assessments, I have also included information about Learning Styles, 3 main perceptual modalities, and Global/Analytical thinking, and I will soon add information relating to Multiple Intelligences.
Assortment of very informal tests. Generates graphs and charts which could be useful as an intro to MI -

Aimee BoucherOnline learning style inventory . . . results (auditory, visual or bodily/kin) and a multiple intelligence inventory (results-bar graph). Two versions of LS test are available with instant results. Like LS Test 1 for elementary. May need to be teacher guided.

You could use this information to guide the way you approach learning.
