      The International Equities Sales and Trading Department distributes the firm's   non-U.S. research product to U.S. institutional, individual and clearance clients   and sells our domestic research product to non-U.S. institutional clients. We   trade ADRs, foreign equities and country funds from over sixty five countries.

      Bear Stearns is one of the premier risk arbitrage operations in the world, as   well as one of the largest.

  • Bear Stearns consistently represents approximately 7% of   the New York Stock Exchange volume cleared daily through the National Securities   Clearing Corporation. Our significant floor operations and order flow result   in superior execution capabilities.

     

    The Sales and Trading Department helps clients transact in a wide variety of   equity and debt securities, currencies and derivative products in connection   with their investment and risk management activities.
