EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn believes Croatia will probably be the EU’s next member state, with the prospect of joining by the end of the decade, a local daily reported on Thursday.
Rehn also said that after Croatia, the EU might consider a package of countries which can join the bloc. "Some time in the future, we will have to see how to end the process. It might be more practical if several countries join together.”
