Amanda OrtThis is a search engine that is made for kids. It is designed to not bring up websites that would not be school appropriate. The problem with Google as a search engine is that there is no guarantee that the websites that are received from the search are school appropriate for the students. I would use this search engine when I am having students do a research project that is not covered by online databases. I would also use this website to ensure that the photos the children use are school appropriate and not something that children should not see.

Regena IzzoI like that students can search with a couple of words and get hits that are fairly relevant. Example: I searched math games fractions and got a good list of possibilities without having so many options that it was overwhelming.
