保険料免除者の分を除くと、100％保険料を納付している人は、おそらく納付率は、50％を割り込むんだろうなぁ。
社会 年金
社保庁は新たに、全国３１２の社会保険事務所に強制徴収専門の職員を１人ずつ置く方針。また市場化テストによる民間への徴収業務委託も、現在の９５カ所を１０月には１８５カ所に倍増させるが、民間委託でかえって納付率が下がるケースも目立ち、「委託先と社保事務所との連携強化が必要」としている。
厚生年金や共済年金と合わせ、公的年金に加入するべき現役世代７０２１万人のうち、過去２年以上保険料を納付していない未納・未加入者は３１７万人。
