In regards to the 'physical space' of a library, I'm trying to create a learning space where the needs of users are met. That being, a quiet space for individual study, a space for group discussion, a space for group projects with multi-media, and just in time equipment - laptops, projectors, digital cameras, etc. That's my aim anyway!
