WYSIWYG graphics editors such as Fireworks, GoLive, and ImageReady allow you to generate HTML code, but the exported code tends to use tables or absolute positioning. That’s so 1999.

j dI've only skimmed this article but it appears to offer some great tips on using Adobe Imageready to make web site mock-ups and actually have ImageReady generate the css for you. The resulting css actually looks quite clean. This could be very useful.
