Poor judgment was exercised by Mark Penn, CEO of Burson-Marstellar Worldwide, a PR and lobbying firm, who was the Chief Strategist for the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign when he met with the newly contracted Government of Columbia s Ambassador representing Burson-Marstellar over lobbying for a Columbian Free Trade Agreement with the United States - in which Hillary Clinton adamently opposes.
