The property

can accept

unitless number values
-
line-height
-
unitless numbers are just fine for this property
-
it’s always strongly recommended that you use unitless numbers if you’re going to set a
-
on something like the
-
or indeed on any element that is going to have descendant elements
-
htmlorbodyelements -
line-height -
The fact that the CSS validator has a bug that causes it to generate parse errors on unitless number values for
line-height(see report #2307) rather confuses things

Yhancik Hancik-> if an element has a font size of 15px and a line-height of 1, then the child element with font size = 10px will have a line-height of 10px // using line-height of 1em would pass the computated value, 15px -- that's the trick!
