I'm doing as you suggested, but I'm not seeing the public choice in Firefox. In IE I can "Highlight and Comment" or "Comment, then Add a Floating Sticky Note" - in the resulting dialog box I have choices of public, private and groups. But in Firefox, I only have private and groups. "Don't show highlight" is unchecked in firefox.

I have the add button to add to these comments in IE, but not in Firefox. I can see the comments in both, but only add in IE (but the first time I tried, it didn't take - so we'll see if this does.)

Karl,
Your follow-up comment is showing through fine. I'm viewing it in FF. Let's do a IM call to find out more.
