These are desktop RSS news readers, in case you're not familiar with them, and the free versions include the Outlook and Windows Mobile versions.
There's also an iPhone-compatible web-based version which is different than the mobile one, but I use the mobile one on my iPhone.
And they sync.
It's like IMAP for RSS with Webmail.
