Give this a try on your own. After issuing the fat_local command, the directory where you issued it should be first in the FAT search logical's list. At this point, if we use the FAT search logical to load a file in a FAT document, it will first look in our local directory (where we issued the fat_local command from) and then in directory containing the installed FAT documents. By routing file lookups through the FAT search logical, we can pick up local changes to existing FAT documents as well as new FAT documents that have not yet been checked in to the build. If you need to switch the FAT search logical back to only search the production directory, you can use the command fat_public.
