(In case of Delicious) When we return to revise old bookmark, Diigo does update tags to Delicious BUT replace description with "Annotated link http://www.diigo.com/bookmark/...". However, this CANNOT be vice versa, revising bookmark in Delicious does not update to Diigo!
Bookmarking is quite simple with Diigo.
Go to Toolbar, Diigo » "Import My Bookmarks", a window will appear with a list of all of the Favorites from your local computer:
