This site is kind of like a clearinghouse for educational materials developed by government organizations. You can find primary sources, videos, and photos for just about any topic. For example, listen to "Fiddle Tunes of the Old Frontier" or find a timeline of Ben Franklin's life. And it's all free!
A teacher can utilize this website for any type of social studies or history class. I believe that you can find something useful for any age that you may be teaching. I know in my seventh grade social studies course we had to take the constitution test, this website can provide you with fun videos or primary sources for them to read about the individuals who created the constitution. -
