  • You will get a zero byte marker file if you have scripting turned off in your PC, or if you are using Vista and RS_Tools is not being used with Administrator privileges.
     
     Scripting can be turned on by going to the Start/Run box and entering
     
     regsvr32.exe scrrun.dll
     
     Then clicking the OK button.
