Vicki DavisFascinating reading for those (like me) who believe that banning cell phones in schools is like damming the Mississippi river without providing outlet - you might do it for a while, but eventually, the dam will break. Eventually the ban will break because of unenforceability and usability of these tools in cash strapped schools.
