《2007中国能源发展报告》近日由社科文献出版社出版，皮书报告指出，2005～2006年中国经济增长对能源的依赖程度有所降低，经济效益有一定提高，自2005年以来的经济结构调整取得初步成效，能源生产、消费弹性出现明显拐点。
