Maggie TsaiThe middle and hardest part of a WebQuest is for students to develop expertise in one aspect of a complex subject. Diigo Groups and Forums are the platform for promoting actual discussion and debate among students - challenging each other to develop understanding, not resort to right answers. I'm not sure how many teachers really get this even though they always talk about it. Putting Diigo into students' hands helps shift the teacher to facilitator.

Tom MarchWebQuests were pretty cool a decade ago, but see what happens when you unfold today's WebQuest with video podcasts, social information networking, and collaboration tools.
