recipe 菜谱
虾仁300克,熟胡萝卜丁25克,青豆50克,花生油500克,精盐3克,味精l克,干淀粉50克,豆芽汤25克,水淀粉l0克,麻油15克。
1、将虾仁洗净,挑去虾线,加料酒、盐、淀粉拌匀。
2、炒锅上火,舀入花生油,烧至五成热,放入虾仁略炸后用漏勺捞起沥油。
3、炒锅再次上火,舀入花生油25克,投入胡萝卜丁、青豆略炒,再放入精盐、味精、豆芽汤烧沸,用水淀粉勾芡倒入虾仁中,淋上麻油颠匀,起锅装盘即成
