A little more SaaS than pure cloud computing, I guess, but Phil's analysis of the threat Zoho poses Salesforce.com is very telling of "Phase II" of the market...specialization at lower price points and/or industry specific targets. In this case, as Phil points out, Salesforce.com's grab for the high end market leaves the low end exposed.
